X-ray phase contrast holographic nanotomography enables 3D imaging of nerves at high resolution, while covering a relatively large tissue volume. We developed an extensive pipeline for analyzing 3D images of nerves, including human peripheral nerves.
Our work includes:
– The study on three-dimensional architecture of human diabetic peripheral nerves described in the Scientific Reports paper
– Initializing nerve tracking using interactive dictionary-based segmentation
– Approach for segmenting large number of nerves in 3D while preventing nerve overlap, described in CVPR paper
