Qim Platform - Computational resources for research

Quantitative analysis of large-scale 3D images is difficult and time-consuming. To help solve that issue and prevent image analysis from becoming the bottleneck in 3D imaging research we have created the QIM Platform.

User Support

We aim to make using the Qim Platform and the qim3d library accessible and productive for everyone.

Support for the Qim Platform

We have created a set of tutorials for new users to get familiar with using the platform. In addition, several Jupyter Noteboooks are available, showcasing the various features of the qim3d library. We also have a FAQ section.
