As part of the Danish Bioimage Analyst Society (DanBIAS), IACF and QIM are proud to present the next DanBIAS hackathon. This event will feature sessions spanning open access, reproducibility and agentic coding for bioimage analysis.
Morning Part 1 – Open access, live from global bioimaging

Morning Part 2 – Reproducibility, hands-on work with QIM tools
Explore large image data with QIM’s flexible, OME-Zarr-powered visualisation packages - including a hands-on session with qim3d.
Afternoon – Agentic coding for bioimage analysis
Can AI agents write your analysis? Hands-on and live demos on real bioimage analysis tasks. Also hear how frontier models fare on large projects.
